Commonly used cutting method of titanium plate
Titanium is cutting the conventional sawing, milling, punching and shearing and other methods.
Band saw. Band saw processing more efficient, easy preparation, but not suitable for processing thin material, commonly used in the thickness of 3mm above the titanium plate. This method does not produce edge cracks. The disadvantage is that bur, cutting must be polished. More are currently used for trimming, trimming and cutting the end of the process.
Band saw cutting can be divided into three categories: fiction, semi-friction and ordinary band saw.
